Dear Patients of our Stamford Town Center Location,
I have some big news. Our Stamford office will be closing on November 20, 2021.
- All patient medical records will be transferred to our new Danbury office.
- All medically related visits will be referred to Coastal Eye Surgeons - Dr. Omar Shakir at 203-900-7911
- Patients who have gotten an exam from 2020 forward at our office will be able to have their prescriptions extended if there are no changes.
- We will renew all contact lens prescriptions without an exam. If there are no changes in the prescription, we can order, apply insurance, rebates and ship them directly to you
- We will be extending spectacle prescriptions for another year if there are no changes.
We are temporarily closed and currently looking for new office space. We will keep you updated as we know more.
